The system provides end-to-end management of internal transactions, enabling users to create, circulate, and approve internal drafts within authorized departments. Once approved by the designated authority, drafts are automatically converted into official internal transactions.
For external communications, the system supports the creation and management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including external drafts that are transformed into official outgoing transactions upon approval.
The platform offers advanced search capabilities based on user permissions, allowing transactions to be retrieved by reference number, subject, or historical data. It also supports annual classification of transactions, folder-based organization by department, and group management for assigning transactions to multiple departments simultaneously.
